We are living lean this morning with Tori Park. Today we are making a kid friendly vegetable dip and chocolate krispy protein bars.
Recipes:
Chocolate Krispy Protein Bars
1-1/2 Cup Arbonne Figure 8 Protein Drink
1 scoop Arbonne Figure8 Fiber Shake (optional)
1Cup Rice Krispies
(Put in separate bowl)
1 cup Natural Peanut Butter
2/3 cup Honey
(Heat Peanut Butter and Honey together in microwave for 1 minute. Mix in the Dry ingredients. Pour out in a pan. Put in Refrigerator for at least 1 hour. Cut and serve)
Kid Friendly Vegetable Dip
1 Large carton of Low Fat Plain Yogurt
1 Packet of dry Ranch dip or Fiesta Ranch Dip
Take the large carton of Low Fat Plain yogurt and put it in a colander lined with coffee filters. Place the colander in a bowl, cover, and put in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours. This will make a yogurt cheese. Put 2 cups of the yogurt cheese in a bowl and mix in the packet of Ranch dip or Fiesta Ranch Dip. Cover and put in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. Take out and use it as a vegetable dip.
