This week's A+ athlete is Ashlyn Leonard from Denison High School.

Ashlyn's specialty is volleyball. The captain of the Yellow Jackets has been named all-district twice and was the defensive player of the year last year.

Ashlyn carries a 4-point-5-2 G-P-A, good for 8th in her class. She is an A-P scholar, a member of the Student Council and the National Honor Society.
