This week's A+ athlete is Brent Pulliam from Sherman High School.

A varsity linebacker for three years, Brent was an all-district selection in 2008, and this year he is one of the Bearcats' rotating team captains.

With a GPA of 4.07, Brent is second in his class of 354, and is also a National Merit Commended Scholar and an AP Scholar with Honor.
