This week's A+ Athlete is Karlena Mitchell from Rock Creek High School. Karlena has been a 4-year starter in both fast-pitch and slow-pitch softball, and she's led the Lady Mustangs to three district titles in four years.

With a GPA of 3.86, Karlena is ranked 5th in her senior class. She's a member of Who's Who and the National Honor Society, the Student Council President, the editor of the yearbook, and secretary of the Class of 2010.
