Mavs are in!

The Dallas Mavericks are in the playoffs. Thanks to Dirk's big shot against Utah, and a Golden State loss, this is a playoff team. Looks like they've figured out how to finish games. They did it in Phoenix, and now against a good Utah team. Has this team turned the corner? Or are they still doomed for 1st round failure?

I think they can get past the first round as long as they do not have to play the Lakers in the first round. They are starting to learn how to cut to the basket and how to not rely on just Dirk to carry them. We will see but I think either way the playoffs in the Wild West will be fun to watch.

great win last night, played most of it without josh howard due to an injury! Hopefully he will be ok an I think the Mavs will do just fine in the playoffs. They finally got things goin in the right direction with Kidd. Maybe the Rockets will win out an steal the #2 seed because we all know T-Mac will make a first round exit!
