It's that time of year when we all lock down and spend our weekend at Dornick Hills Country Club in Ardmore.  The Maxwell is a Mother's Day tradition.  Some of the best teams in college golf get ready for regional play by playing in a team format this weekend.  You can catch tournament action on channel 12 beginning at 1:30pm on Saturday.

You wouldn't believe the amount of effort that goes into producing a golf tournament live on location.  There is so much cable to pull throughout the course and it's truly a team effort.  Everyone gets involved at KXII when it comes to these golf tournaments.  Our engineers, Randy Wells, John Branham, and Dennis Kite are old pros at getting this thing on the air.  All photographers and production personnel put in alot of effort.  And our promotions director Bryan Norman does a great job organizing things.  Should be a great weekend from Dornick.
