Players love playing for the Cowboys. They love playing for Jerry Jones even more. Jerry takes care of his players, and showed that loyalty again with Terence Newman and Marion Barber. Jerry just beat the owners deadline of opting out of the current labor deal to make sure two deserving players got their contracts. It cost Jones almost $100 million, but he will tell you it was worth it. Jerry wants to win. No matter how you feel about the man, you can't dispute that. He's proven it over and over. He doesn't always have the best direction, but his desire to win is surely there. That's really all Cowboy fans can ask for.
