Denison gametime confusion
I'm not sure how or why this happened, but apparently there is much confusion surrounding the day and start time of Denison's football playoff game against Sulphur Springs. KXII has received numerous phone calls and e-mails asking about when the game will be played.
Allow me to take this opportunity to clear the air. Denison head coach Cody White confirmed the following to me this past Sunday:
Denison vs. Sulphur Springs will kick-off at 8pm at Texas Stadium on Friday, 11/28.
This will be the 3rd game played at Texas Stadium on that day, so if either of those earlier games runs long, kick-off for the Yellowjackets game could be pushed back a bit.
Hopefully this eliminates any further confusion.
