Glad to see my good buddies DeLoss Dodds and Joe Castiglione read this here blog and put the Big 12 back together again. What a turn of events. Everyone (including me) thought the Big 12 was dead. I'm sure where the credit goes for putting this conference back together will come out in the coming days, but Dan Beebe certainly deserves some of it. He went from lame duck to hero for the league. It looks like Texas and everyone else will leave the table with more money and a renewed faith in the Big 12. All it cost them was Nebraska and Colorado. You have to call that a win.
