Tropical Depression "Hermine" will be moving through Texoma Wednesday and Wednesday evening with very heavy rainfall. Additional rainfall beyond what fell Tuesday may total 3-6". There will be lower amounts in some areas; this is an average value.
The heaviest rain is likely to be over the western 2/3rds of Texoma through Wednesday morning, but daytime heating will destabilize the air mass and allow all areas to see renewed development. Any storms that form in the afternoon may produce a brief tornado due to greater instability and wind shear aloft from the decaying storm.
Widespread damaging tornadoes such as seen in the spring are not expected; it's a different type of pattern than we see then.
Take Care...and please don't drive through flooded areas.
