Colder for the Weekend...

UPDATE: 12 November 2008

No changes to forecast. Windy and colder weather will move in by Froiday afternoon. Look for a hard freeze area wide Sunday morning.

===============================================

10 November 2008

Mild This Week; Strong Front by Friday

Fairly mild weather for mid-November should be the rule in the wake of Monday’s rainfall.

A generally northwest-to-southeast wind flow should help to drive some fairly cold air into Texoma by Friday or Saturday. This will be polar air, and since it won’t have much moisture it will cool quickly at night.

An even colder batch of air looks to be in our future around November 18th. This second system may bring the first truly arctic air of the season.

So, enjoy the next few days but prepare yourself for winter fashions soon!

Take Care,
