Looking at Next Rainmaker...and Beyond

The next rainmaker is expected to develop Sunday and into Monday as an upper trough forms over the southwestern deserts of the U.S.

The computer output and available data agree this feature will then track eastward across Texas/Oklahoma, bringing rain and colder weather under the clouds. Once the trough axis passes to our east, weather should dry out sometime Tuesday.

A Canadian air mass coming southward (pushed by a second trough further north) may contain the coldest air of the season…something to keep an eye on for the first few days of December.

In the meantime, here’s hoping you have a blessed Holiday weekend!
