Monday: Some Chance of Snow (updated)

Sat 27 Feb 2010 / 10:30p.m.
Newest weather data and model output shows a very high chance of RAIN Monday, with about a 1 in 3 chance it will change to snow (under the upper low) before ending. However, with surface temperatures expected to be above freezing, odds of accumulating snow look quite low.

So it will be an interesting weather day Monday, but most likely just a good day to keep an umbrella (and coat) handy for a cold start to March.

Take Care,

People working outside are getting hammered by weather conditions since December. We need to get caught up before summer. What're the chances that we'll see a break at least in the wet portion of the wet/cold cycles we've been seeing?

Ron, Thanks for your question. It's a very large body of water and the temperature changes quite slowly. I called the Army Corps asking the same thing: they verify the reading as correct. Take Care, Steve
