Mid-week brings temperatures near the average for this time of year.
However, a deep mid-level trough will press a shot of chilly Canadian air will move into Texoma by Thursday, and return us to below normal temperatures (discussion continues below map).

500mb (steering winds), noon Thursday / GFS model
There will be a chance of cold rain along the front Thursday. Support from a passing trough will also help the rain potential at that time.
There will be only a small window for snow based on the expected position of the upper trough and the cold air arrival, so rain looks to be the primary precipitation type.
Lows should return to the 20s Fri-Sat with highs in the 40s....and possibly just the chilly 30s on Friday.
