Coming This Weekend: Next Potential Storm-Maker

Beautiful spring weather Thursday will give way to another sunny but quite windy day on Friday as the air flow responds to deepening low pressure in the Rockies.

The gusty winds will begin the process of Gulf moisture return:
The next weather system to keep tabs on arrives Saturday night/Sunday in the form of a cold front and mid-level trough:
The mid-level trough arriving with this system looks fairly robust, so we’ll have to consider at least a slight risk of severe storms Sunday.
Take Care,
Steve LaNore

Hope this system gives Healdton and Wilson some rain. Wilson got a little but Healdton has seen nothing in the last several systems. In fact, the only good precip was with the last snow. It is so dry we saw turtles heading out with canteens on their backs. We need rain. Help!!
