Well, if you're thinking this November has been fairly warmer than normal, you're right!  Take a look at these temperatures...

Average high for November 2009 so far:                  Normal High:

Sherman-  74 degrees                                                   Sherman-  66 degrees

Ardmore-  75 degrees                                                    Ardmore-  69 degrees

So, high temperatures this November ARE running 6 to 8 degrees above normal.  Well, I thought it would be interesting to take a look back at this time last year to see what the temperatures were up to.  Turns out...last year was extremely similar to this year!

Average high for November 2008 (1st 9 days):

Sherman- 74 degrees

Ardmore- 74 degrees

This time last year we were enjoying temperatures in the 70s as well!  Isn't it great to live in the southwest?!?  No complaints here!  And even as I am writing this, I'm checking out the temperatures.  Just about all thermometers are showing temps in the low to mid 70s!  Is it lunch time yet?  I don't know about you, but I'm going to enjoy my lunch hour outside!  Have a good one!

It's been very nice to have these temps in November. However, please send us the cold stuff by Christmas...and some snow while you're at it.
