Sherman Fall Sales Event • September 25-26, 2010 • Midway Mall Sherman!
Tables: Earn 1 hour of volunteer credit for each table you bring for us to borrow during the sale. Tables need to be brought to the mall on Wednesday, Sept. 22nd from 5pm-10pm and picked up again on Sunday, Sept. 26th after 8pm. Please email email@example.com with the number of tables you plan on bringing so your name can be put on the proper pre-sale list. (Example: bring 4 tables, shop the 4 hour pre-sale, bring 8 tables, shop the 8hr. pre-sale)
Special Note--Entrance to the Sale: All drop-off, pre-sale and pick-up entry to the sale will be from the outside entrance to the mall. We will be located just north of Burlington Coat Factory. Look for our banner and big purple flag.
Yard Signs: If you have a yard sign from a prior sale and it is out on display, we NEED to know in order for you to be entered in the $50 yard sign JBF Cash Giveaway! There are a VERY limited number of signs remaining if you wish to display one in your yard or other prominent place in town. Email jaymemaxwell@jbfsale to request a sign.
Tagging: If you haven't started tagging, start today!! Log into myjbftags.com and get started now! Be sure you DOUBLE CHECK YOUR CONSIGNOR NUMBER!! It is imperative that you use the correct number when tagging!! Need some motivation? See our tagging page for some help on getting started!
Volunteers: Spaces are filling up fast but we still need lots of help during the sale! Click here to see when you can help us out. You earn 70% instead of 65% and you get to shop earlier than consignors! You don't have to be a consignor to volunteer!! Just want to shop early? Take a look at the link above and as little as 4 hours gets you in BEFORE the public!
Consignors: Refer NEW Consignors and you will get $5 added to your check for each first-time consignor listing you as 'Referred By'. Remember if you refer 5 friends who consign, YOU will earn 75% on your sold items!! Tell your friends! Help us get the word out! The more consignors we have, the more shoppers we have, the more $$ you make!
Drop-off: SPEED UP YOUR DROP-OFF TIME by clicking HERE for our consignor agreement. Bring this COMPLETED form with you to drop-off! To be safe, please allow one hour for drop-off. Drop-off time: Noon-9pm, Thursday, September 23rd. If you have OVER 300 items, PLEASE drop off from 9am - Noon!
Paper-LESS Pre-Sale Passes: All consignor and volunteer pre-sale passes will be non-paper starting this sale. Your name will be on a list at the door for entrance at your specific pre-sale. Please click here for a complete pre-sale schedule.
Teacher, First Time Parents/Grandparents, Police/Fire/Military, Adoptive and Foster parents pre-sale passes: Starting this sale, we will not email passes for these pre-sales. Your name will be put on a list at the door for entrance.
