SHERMAN, Tex. -- It was a day of fun and worship for one church in Sherman on Sunday. St. Mary's Catholic Church held their annual Fall Fest Roundup on Sunday afternoon to raise money for their new church.
There was a raffle, games outside for the kids, live music, and a lesson on what a Quinceanera is.
Organizers hope the festival was fun and beneficial at the same time.
"We’re trying to furnish some stain glass windows for the new church, and it’s also for fun and fellowship, and it’s just a great feeling within our church community," said organizer Susan George.
