GRAYSON COUNTY, Tex. -- Fisher Controls and Kwikset have now formed a manufacturing training project to partner up with Grayson County College. The partnership is bringing in a grant worth more than $429,000 for the college.

The grant will be used to create or upgrade the skills of more than 400 workers.

Upon completion of training, workers will earn an average hourly wage of $18.53.
