ARDMORE, OK -- If you have been to Ardmore’s Central Park in the summer before, you may have noticed the kids playing in what appears to be a big fountain. It's called a ‘Splash Pad’.
The Ardmore city commissioners ruled Monday night that the city's Splash Pad is just for people-- and not people's dogs.
If you let your dog play in the water, you could be fined $110.
