The Higher Education Alumni Council of Oklahoma is honoring Senator Johnnie Crutchfield.

Crutchfield is being given the Distinguished Service Award for his contributions to higher education during the 2008 Legislative Session.

Crutchfield will be formally honored during a ceremony on July 24 at the University Of Central Oklahoma.
