ARDMORE, Okla. ― Helping people stay healthy and well was the topic of a business luncheon in Ardmore on Wednesday. Local business leaders gathered at the Southern Oklahoma Technology Center to network and learn about the negative effects of smoking and tobacco use in the office.
The Carter County tobacco use prevention coordinator was the keynote speaker.
She shared interesting facts about tobacco and tips on how to help people kick the habit.
The luncheon was presented by the Southern Oklahoma Business and Industry Council.
