SHERMAN, Tex. ― The Texoma Chapter of Ducks Unlimited is now listed in the organization's "President's Top 100 List," ranking them #40 of the top 100 chapters nationwide and #6 in Texas.

Ducks Unlimited is one of the world's largest wetland and waterfowl conservation organizations. There are 3,500 Ducks Unlimited chapters nationwide and 170 in Texas.

The Texoma Chapter's 1,000 members have helped raise more than $66,000 for conservation efforts this year alone.

“It is a lot of teamwork, and it also takes a lot of community. The community helps out a lot, they make a lot of donations and stuff for the things that we do,” Ducks Unlimited volunteer Terry Crow says.

This is the fifth year the Texoma Chapter has made the President's Top 100 List.
