DENISON, Tex. -- Teachers at Golden Rule Elementary in Denison got a back to school surprise on Thursday morning when a truckload of school supplies pulled up in front of the school.
Crouch Home Furnishings unloaded about twenty boxes of Kleenexes and other paper products, all courtesy of the Knight Family Chiropractic school drive.
"Many of our families have some difficulties getting their supplies, so when we have those donated to us it really helps at the beginning of the school year and it really helps us all year throughout the year," school counselor Bob Sawyer said.
