It's time to recycle at the library!
The library's annual book sale is scheduled for Friday, August 10th, from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Saturday, August 11st, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
On Friday, all regular size paperback books are 50 cents and all other items are $1. On Saturday, you can fill a bag for $5 or make a deal on a box full of books!
The library accepts items year-round, but now is an especially important time to bring in your used books, audios and videos, because any items not added to the collection goes into the sale to raise funds for new materials and other projects.
Another way you can show support for the library is to use this link when you purchase from Amazon – books, e-books, videos, etc. – and the library will receive a percentage of the sale ranging from 4 – 10%, depending on the product. Link must be used each visit, so bookmark it for your convenience.
If you have any questions, you can contact the library by calling 903-364-2955 or visiting whitewright.lib.tx.us.
