WinStar World Casino and Resort announces final shows of 2013, upcoming shows for 2014 Special New Year’s Eve show with Adam Lambert planned

Thackerville, Okla. – Officials with WinStar World Casino and Resort announced the final concerts and events for the remainder of 2013 and beginning of 2014. All shows take place inside the Global Event Center located inside the Rome Gaming Plaza. More information about all shows can be found at WinStarWorldCasinoandResort.com.

Red River Rumble – Saturday, Dec. 7 at 7 p.m.

The exciting action of the Red River Rumble boxing returns to WinStar World Casino and Resort. Don't miss the hard-hitting battle of the Red River Rumble. Roberto Marroquin will take on Daniel Diaz. Doors open at 7:00 p.m. Tickets start at $35 for silver, $55 for gold and $100 for platinum. (Fight card subject to change without notice.)

Dwight Yoakam – Saturday, Dec. 21 at 8 p.m.

A pioneer of country music, Dwight Yoakam has recorded more than 21 albums and sold more than 25 million records. Best known for “Honky Tonk Man”, and “Guitars, Cadillac’s”, country lovers can’t miss his visit to WinStar World Casino and Resort. Tickets start at $35, Premium is $45 and VIP seats are available for $55.

Blood, Sweat and Tears – Sunday, Dec. 22 at 3 p.m.

Current members Bo Bice, Carl Fischer, Jon Ossman, Joel Rosenblatt, Glenn McClelland, Ken Gioffre and Dave Gellis will perform live at the Global Event Center. Well known for their music throughout the late 1960s to early 1970s, and they are still noted for their combination of brass and rock band instrumentation. All tickets are $5.

Jim Gaffigan – Friday, Dec. 27 at 9 p.m.

Featured on Comedy Central, Conan and several network television sitcoms, stand-up comedian, Jim Gaffigan visits WinStar World Casino and Resort. Tickets start at $40, Premium is $50 and VIP seats are available at $60.

The O’Jays – Saturday, Dec. 28 at 8 p.m.

The O'Jays is one of the world’s truly legendary singing groups. With 24 Top Ten smash records and 59 songs on the charts, the O’Jays create a dynamic live show at every venue. Tickets start at $20, Premium is $35 and VIP seats are available at $45.

Flo Rida – Sunday, Dec. 29 at 8 p.m., THIS SHOW IS 18 AND OVER

Best known for hit songs such as "Low", featuring T-Pain, and "Right Round", featuring Kesha, rapper and songwriter Flo Rida will visit Oklahoma at the end of December. Tickets start at $75, Premium is $90 and VIP seats are available at $100. Special ticket pricing includes four tickets for the price of one.

Adam Lambert – Tuesday, Dec. 31 at 8 p.m.

A front-runner in the eighth season of American Idol and recently seen on the hit Fox show, Glee, Adam Lambert will perform on New Year’s Eve at WinStar World Casino and Resort. Tickets start at $65, Premium is $85 and VIP seats are available for $95.

Train – Wednesday, Jan. 1 at 8 p.m.
Train is an American pop rock band from San Francisco, California. The band currently consists of a core trio of Pat Monahan (vocals), Jimmy Stafford (guitar), and Scott Underwood (drums). Train achieved mainstream success with its debut album, Train, which was released in 1998 with the hit "Meet Virginia". Tickets start at $85 for general admission, Premium for $100 and VIP $125.

Kraig Parker – Sunday, Jan. 5 at 3 p.m.
From Las Vegas to London, Kraig Parker has been called the ultimate image of Elvis Presley. He has been astonishing crowds for over 15 years with his amazing tribute to the king of rock and roll. Tickets start at $10 for general admission, Premium for $15 and VIP $25.

Keith Sweat and SWV – Saturday, Jan. 18 at 6:30 p.m., THIS SHOW IS 18 AND OVER

One of the kings of 90s R&B, Keith Sweat is returning to the stage and bringing his classic sound back to life. He is a singer-songwriter, record producer, radio personality and an innovator of the New Jack Swing, pop music that combines jazz, electronica, funk and rap. Tickets start at $30 for general admission, Premium for $40 and VIP $50.
