DENISON, TX - An area nonprofit is giving the gift of breast cancer prevention to area women year round. On Wednesday, the Texoma Medical Center Auxiliary donated $1,500 to Women Rock.
KXII anchor Maureen Kane had the privilege of accepting the donation, which will benefit several women who otherwise wouldn't be able to afford potentially live-saving mammograms. One of the first women Women Rock sent to TMC for a mammogram was actually diagnosed with breast cancer.
