Road Closure in Bryan County

If weather permits, Folsum Road in Durant will be closed on Monday, August 18, from Berrywood Lane to 49th Street. Bryan Co. Rural Water District #2 will be installing a new water line into the pump station located at 49th and Folsum.

Sheriff’s Office DWI crackdown during rodeo, Labor Day

DENTON COUNTY, TX -- Denton County Sheriff’s Office deputies will be working overtime to increase DWI and impaired driving enforcement during the North Texas State Fair and Rodeo and through Labor Day. The increased patrols begin Friday, Aug. 15, and will be conducted at various times through Labor Day, Sept. 1.
