NCTC COSMETOLOGY TO OFFER YOUTH SUMMER CAMP

The Young Ladies Cosmetology Summer Camp will be held on two days for girls ages 8-13. The first camp will be Tuesday, June 17 and the second camp will be Thursday, June 19.
