3 men arrested after home is robbed in Garvin County

Garvin County, OK "He's been stabbed my son's been stabbed, its what he said, they don't live here they just showed up, but he's been stabbed". These were the words from the mother of one of the victims after an armed robbery at a home on North County Road 3170, in the Katie community.

Police got the call early Thursday morning at 3:41.

Sheriff Larry Rhodes said, "a 22 year old male and a 16 year old female arrived at a residence belonging to the 22 year old's mother".

He said shots were also fired during the home invasion.

"There's evidence at the scene that scene that a gun shot, that a shot was fired inside the residence".

One teen who lives near the home says she heard the commotion.

"I heard a girl she was like screaming she was like stop, and then she was like stop please stop".

The sheriff says a military style rifle and two cell phones were stolen.

"The first cell phone was recovered earlier today at about 10am in Davis Oklahoma at a residence".

The three people inside were questioned and later arrested on several charges including robbery.

They are Rashawn Watson, Rashaad Watson and Justin Strickland.

Sheriff Rhoads says he believes these suspects know the victim, but is still investigating why they stabbed him.

The victim's name is not being released.

He was last listed in serious condition but he is expected to survive.
