Ardmore gym opens doors to community for free event

ARDMORE, Okla. (KXII) -- A local gym in Ardmore is opening its doors to the community for a free event on Saturday night.

The Oklahoma Outlaws Cheer and Tumbling Gym is on First Avenue North West.

They're inviting everyone to come out and enjoy free food, bounce houses and meet the competitive cheer team.

People of all ages are welcome to attend.

And the little ones can paint rocks that will be displayed in the front entrance of the gym.

Owner Ashton Adams says this is the first time they have held a community event like this.

"Come and enjoy the night with their friends and their family, whether its bounce houses or tumbling or just jumping and having a good time," said Adams.

Cheerleaders Raynee Taliaferro and Jordan Lewis also say what visitors can look forward to.

"The jump houses are going to be all aired up and the kids can just tumble and jump and have some fun with their friends," said Taliaferro.

"This gym has changed my life, it's definitley a place I run to when I need a safe place," said Lewis.

The two hour event starts at 6:30 p.m.
