Ardmore man pleads guilty in terrorism hoax

ARDMORE, Okla. (KXII) - Four months ago Ardmore police arrested 35-year-old Jason Smith after a threatening message was found inside East Jordan Iron Works.

According to court documents, Smith pleaded guilty to one count of terrorism hoax.

Smith was sentenced to spend 45 days in jail, five years probation and pay a $500 fine and $11,561 in restitution.
