Big Tex factory fire rekindles, forces plant evacuation

MADILL, Okla. (KXII) -- Employees at Big Tex Trailers had to evacuate Friday because of a fire.

On Wednesday, a fire forced more than 300 employees to evacute the building.

The blaze rekindled around 1 p.m., and those same employees were evacuated again, but only for a short time.

Wednesday's fire, according to the fire marshal, began in the ovens where the powder-coated trailers are baked.
