WILSON, Okla. (KXII)-- A Carter County man was arrested Friday after he was caught burglarizing a Wilson home.
Carter County Sheriff Chris Bryant says 53-year-old Gregory Hacker broke into the home off of Hewitt Road shortly after 2 Friday afternoon, before Carter County deputies arrived on the scene.
Bryant says Hacker then brandished a knife and dog chain at the deputies, before locking himself inside the home.
He was later found to be high on meth.
Deputies coaxed Hacker out after 45 minutes, and arrested him. He's been charged with burglary in the first degree...and assault with a deadly weapon.
