Chicken Pot Pie
Margarine
Diced Onions
Carrots
Milk
Peas
Boiled chicken
Chicken Stock
Pie Crust

Roux
Margarine and flour

Directions:
Put the margarine in the pan to melt. Add the diced onions and carrots and saute. Add diced boiled chicken and chicken stock. Next add a little milk or heavy cream and bring to a boil. Once boiling, add peas or any other vegetables of your choosing. Add pepper or other spices. Add roux. Once mixture has thickened add it to a dish and cover with pie crust or biscuits. Slice a few lines in the top of the crust. Place in the oven until crust is ready.
