Dallas man arrested for using firearm to break into Ardmore church

ARDMORE, Okla. (KXII) -- A Dallas man was arrested Saturday evening after firing a gun to break into an Ardmore church.

Daniel Cuttill, 30, of Dallas allegedly approached the rear of the Crystal Rock Cathedral, and shot his gun twice at a glass door. Police said Cuttella nearby rock to finish breaking out the window.

Cuttill has been booked into Carter County Jail on charges of second degree burglary; possession of a firearm after a former conviction; possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony; and felony discharging of a firearm.

Another camera shows Cuttill inside the church until the security alarm goes off, and then Cuttill runs away.

The pastor said the man had visited the church several times that week.
