Bonham man killed in Denison crash

DENISON, Tex. (KXII) - A Bonham man has died from injuries sustained in a fiery crash Wednesday afternoon on FM-84 in Denison.

According to troopers, an eastbound car crossed left of center and collided with a westbound car around 4 p.m.

The westbound car, driven by 26-year-old Bryant Granger of Bonham, crashed into the shoulder and caught fire.

Granger was taken to Texoma Medical Center with serious injuries, where he later died.

The driver of the other car, 30-year-old Keri Benedict of Sherman, was not injured.

Troopers are investigating why Benedict went left of center and what criminal charges she may face.
