DENISON, Tex. (KXII) -- Denison firefighters were called Monday to a home near Grandpappy Point Park when a fire broke out underneath a home.
It happened around 2:45 p.m. at a home off Persimmon and Sycamore.
Firefighters said there were flames coming from underneath the home when they arrived, but the fire was put out in just a few minutes.
Authorities said the homeowner did have some minor injuries, but refused treatment.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
