Man linked to Choctaw Co. home invasion suspect will not be charged

CHOCTAW COUNTY, Okla. (KXII) -- Choctaw County deputies say the man linked to a home invasion suspect will not be charged.

Rocky Duncan was originally detained for larceny and burglary on Tuesday after deputies pulled him and Aaron Victory over for several burglaries and home invasions in Choctaw County.

Victory has been on the run since taking off from that traffic stop and is still wanted by investigators.

Deputies say Duncan was released from jail on Wednesday after investigators say they did not have sufficient evidence to link Duncan to the crimes.

"They feel like that he was maybe actually telling the truth and stating that he just picked up Aaron Victory who did have some of the stolen property of one of our victims," Choctaw Co. Sheriff Terry Park told News 12.

Victory is believed to be traveling on foot and is considered to be armed and dangerous.

If you know where Victory is, contact the Choctaw Co. Sheriff's office at 580-326-5600 or the McCurtain Co. Sheriff's office at 580-286-3331.
