GRAYSON COUNTY, Tex. (KXII) - A bidder took home a little over an acre of prime real estate on U.S. 75 in Denison.
Grayson County owned the land, and the bidding started at $50,000. That's how much the only bidder, Joshua Holley, spent for the property.
It's located right off U.S. 75 before Spur 503 in Denison.
Holley said he's a real estate developer and investor.
"I got a great deal of $50,000," Holley said. "I was the only bidder, so I welcome people to come out and support the auction system."
He's not sure yet what he'll do with the land.
