SHERMAN, Tex. (KXII) -- An Oklahoma man is headed to prison on Monday after he pleaded guilty to murder in the death of his son.
Carl Duncan was sentenced to 30 years in prison for his role in the police chase and car crash that killed his disabled 21-year-old son Judson Duncan.
In 2017, the Duncans were living in their car outside of a hotel. When police approached the car, Carl Duncan took off, leading officers on a high-speed chase that ended in a crash on U.S. Highway 75.
Judson Duncan died at the scene.
