Sulphur businesses deal with building fire

SULPHUR, Okla. (KXII) -- An overnight fire occurred Tuesday at a local business in Sulphur.

Sulphur Fire Chief Gary Tingle said the fire happened at around around 12:30 a.m. Tuesday at the Tim Lance Law Firm building owned by Gayle Hunter.

The law firm is renting out the space and there are four businesses in the area, and there is a single family apartment upstairs.

One of those businesses is a total loss, while the other three and the apartment sustained smoke damage.

The building itself is still structurally sound.

No one was injured at the time of the fire.

The cause of the fire is undetermined at this time.
