ARDMORE, Okla. (KXII) - School will be back in session for kids at Ardmore Middle School starting tomorrow.
The middle school shut down last week after a fire retention pipe burst and flooded the west side of the building.
The middle school's principal, Cindy Huddleston, says they had enough hours saved up that the kids will now only be required to complete five more days of school starting tomorrow.
Huddleston says they are waiting for the air quality report for kids to return to the building.
In the mean time, kids get to spend time out of the classrooms working on academic activities planned by the staff.
