Springer trio arrested on child neglect, drug charges

SPRINGER, Okla. (KXII) -- Three Carter County residents were arrested after Sheriff deputies say found two neglected preschoolers and methamphetamine in their house.

Holley Spears, Rose Kelley and Brandon Fines were arrested at their home off Hereford and Deese Road.

The three were charged with child neglect. Documents say the three accused them of permitting children to live in a fithy home with dog feces, inadequate bathrooms and allowing them to live in a home where drugs are used.

Fines posted bond. The women are still in the Carter County Jail.
