BRYAN COUNTY, Okla. (KXII) -- Investigators are trying to figure out how the same spot on the old Carpenter's Bluff Bridge caught fire for the second time in under a week, calling the situation suspicious.
Kemp Fire responded to a small fire last Thursday. The flames were quickly put out but it created a hole in the wood walkway next to the bridge.
Monday night, the same spot caught fire again.
Witnesses said they saw a car drive off after seeing flames. The Bryan County Sheriff's Office is now working with the fire department to investigate the possible arson.
