HUGHES COUNTY, Okla. (KXII) -- The Oklahoma Bureau of Investigation says a third suspect in a drive-by shooting in June in Holdenville has been arrested.

The OSBI says Tyler Deerinwater was arrested around ten thirty Saturday morning in the parking lot of a Seminole Walmart by US Marshals and local police on a murder warrant.

Law enforcement had been searching for Deerinwater ever since the fatal driveby shooting at a Pruett's grocery store in Holdenville in late J June that killed 36-year-old Jonathan Merriman.

Two other suspects were taken into custody the day after the shooting.
