SHERMAN, Tex. (KXII) -- Two people, including one teenager were indicted by the Grayson County Grand Jury on murder charges, it was announced Wednesday.
Sabrina Nino, 17, and Ryan Clay, 18, face a variety of charges including including capital murder of a person under 10 years old, another count of murder, and deadly conduct by firing a gun.
Police say in late November Nino and Clay, along with a third suspect, 17 year-old Antonio Prado fired a gun at a denison home in retaliation for not getting paid for marijuana.
Prado is still on the run.
Zaquavian Fisher, 11, and Kayson Powell, 5, were inside the home when the shots were fired. Fisher was flown to a Dallas hospital, where he was treated and released.
Powell died at a local hospital.
