SHERMAN, Tex. (KXII) -- A woman accused by Denison Police of lying to them about being raped was in court on Thursday.

Breana Harmon (left) is accused by Denison Police of tampering with evidence and government records after being accused of falsely reporting to police she was abducted and raped by three black men.

Denison Police said Breana Harmon told them she was abducted and sexually assaulted by three black men.

Investigators determined the crime was not committed, and that Harmon made it up.
