MURRAY COUNTY, Okla. (KXII)-- A woman was arrested in Murray County Friday night, after firing a gun and leading deputies on a brief chase.
Murray County deputies say Sonya Haines tracked her former boyfriend to the Red Top Cabins near Doughtery, and broke in.
Once inside, they say she threatened him and the woman he was with and then took off. As deputies were in route, they tell us Haines returned and fired shots toward the cabin. Nothing was hit, and no one was hurt.
Deputies caught up with Haines after she left again in a pursuit that only lasted for a few minutes, but hit speeds of more than 100 miles per hour.
They say she also admitted to throwing the gun out the window, but it was recovered.
