SHERMAN, Texas (KXII) -- More than 600 people of all ages were out running in support of Women Rock.
Proceeds will benefit Women Rock and its mission of increasing awareness and the early detection.
It will also provide to those in need in North Texas and Southern Oklahoma.
Michelle Honeycutt has been a breast cancer survivor for two years now and she tells us seeing the community's support is heartwarming.
"So many people out here supporting this event and its a big fundraiser for us that will help us to be able to pay for more mammograms and more financial assistance for ladies."
The run included a 5k, 10k, Fun Run, and Half Marathon.
